We know it has to be hard. Speaker Pelosi, fresh off a FOR-EH-VER impeachment with the very man about to be acquitted in a matter of hours, not days, sitting silently behind the man, the PRESIDENT, with 97.1% support in his party.
We get it. This stuff is hard. Like when Susan gets your promotion you've been working your tail off for. Or when Jerry gets the sales lead you've been cultivating for months. It sucks.
Speaker Pelosi, you lost. And because of your gross over-politicization of a gavel that the People gave you, you might just now have to give it back come next January. So tear up those papers. Rip up that speech.
Because while you do, America is going to continue to support what makes her great. And no, that's not President Donald Trump.
It's us. It's the voter.
It's the single working-mother trying to live an independent life and provide something better for the little ones she's raising, but without being at the merciless whims of a bloated government. One that assures her she'll never have anything, but she'll always need something because that's how these progressive politicians and policies work. Keep them on the hook.
It's the police officer that risks his life, his children's father's life, his wife's husband's life because he knows he has a duty and service to provide and he cares. He gets called names, spit on, insulted, accused of being the bad guy. But he shows up wearing the badge ready to do an often thankless job because that's what heroes do.
It's the senior citizen that worked her whole life in a classroom, educating our youth about the greatness of this country and praying that through the hard work over the years and the modest career path she chose, she will still be able to provide for herself in retirement and make her own decisions regarding the care of her health.
The difference, Speaker Pelosi, is that this President understands that it's people like these folks that make this country great. And he knows the country is to be entrusted to THEM. Not to some career politician who relies on the status quo in DC while her home district is covered in drug needles and human feces.
So, tear up that speech. Rip it up in front of the entire country. We already know you regret the impression that image is going to leave seared into the minds of us who are living in a more prosperous America than any other time in my adult life.
We aren't behind this President. This President is behind us.
And we are coming for your gavel.
