St. Louis was grossly deceived in the relocation of the Rams from St. Louis to Los Angeles in 2016.
Kroenke brought the petition to the Supreme Court in hopes that the lawsuit could be settled in arbitration rather than a St. Louis courtroom.
Annie and Kevin Wheeler say they both want this to be settled publicly.
“I want this aired out,” Wheeler added. “Stan would have to pay for everybody’s loses.”
