I love cake, but I might have to pass this one up. The cast and crew of Chicago MD wanted to celebrate their 100th episode with a cake, as most people would celebrate a milestone. However, this cake is not the most appetizing to look at:
Yikes. I'm sure it tastes great, but it might be hard to get past the corpse part.
