Missouri Senate Republicans push through proposal allowing attorney general to intervene in St. Louis murder cases

Missouri Senator Bob Onder (R – Dist. 2) proposed giving the attorney general expanded authority, allowing the office to prosecute murder cases after 90 days of inaction from the circuit attorney’s office.

Dr. Onder joins Marc to explain the measure. They also discuss the ‘residency rule’ for police officers, firefighters, and ems in St. Louis.
