A Missouri map looks a lot like a map of the United States; the cities are bright blue and the rural areas are bright red. Amendment 3 aims to undo the portion of “Clean Missouri” that would allow a demographer to redraw lines to balance out the red and blue in each district. “Clean Missouri” opened the door to gerrymandering. Amendment 3 undoes that.
