Minneapolis city council president says calling the police during a break-in ‘comes from a place of privilege’

Minneapolis city council president Lisa Bender spoke with CNN’s Alyson Camerota on the city’s intent to disband the police department.

Camerota asks THE question regarding what happens when citizens are in need of police assistance.

This looney tune says the ability to call the police for help signals privilege.
