(KFTK) – Heritage Senior Legal Fellow Hans von Spakovsky joins Marc and says there is an uphill battle for President Trump to challenge the results of the election.
"Frankly, it's almost impossible to get enough evidence to convince a judge to overturn the outcome of an election," says Spakovsky.
Spakovsky says that the media may have jumped the gun on announcing that Joe Biden is the presumptive President-elect.
"They should have waited given the fact that the President has made it clear," that he's going to challenge the results says Spakovsky.
December 14 is when the electors from each state meet in state capitols across the country to actually elect the President and Spakovsky reminds Marc that, "the results of the election aren't final until election officials in each state certify the results."
