Numbers of COVID-19 cases are up in St. Charles County. County Executive Steve Ehlmann is calling for a statewide stay-at-home order.
He spoke with Fox 2 and recommended seemingly drastic measures, including ankle bracelets for individuals in mandatory quarantine.
“That’s something I hope will never happen,” says Ehlmann.
However, if people, infected with the virus, ignore their quarantine order, enforcement measures may be necessary.
