KMOV reports that St. Louis County Councilman Tim Fitch is calling for a special prosecutor to investigate County Executive Sam Page after an investigation revealed Page is still on staff at Mercy Hospital.
The issue?
The St. Louis County charter says the County Executive "shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office."
Fitch maintains that Page is in violation. Page claims he is not.
