(KFTK) – Erin Hawley, from the Independent Women's Law Center, joined Randy with her reaction to the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
Hawley says there was a lot of "hyperbole" about Barrett's views on the Affordable Care Act during her hearings in the Senate.
She doesn't think Hawley would, "dismantle health care."
"If you look at what she said, that's simply untrue. She pointed out time and again, that the biggest question, the most important question, in the case, the Affordable Care Act case standing before the Supreme Court, is one of severability," says Hawley. "There has not been a single Federal court judge who has struck down pre-existing conditions or has struck down the entire Affordable Care Act in this litigation."
