Judge Amy Coney Barrett is, 'eminently qualified,' for the Supreme Court says former President Ford attorney

(KFTK) – SLU Law Professor Greg Willard say President Trump's nominee to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court is, "eminently qualified," for the position.

"She was a scholar, both undergraduate and law school and distingueshed herself both undergraduate and law school," says Willard.  "She is eminently qualified to serve as a justice."

Willard tells Randy that the cases that come before the court, are "really, really tough issues."

He follows-up, "I expect probably in about 7 or 8 weeks President Trump's new nominee will be an appointee and she will be wrestling with it also."
