The Daily Caller asked locals in D.C. and Minnesota what they think of rioting

The Daily Caller's Lisa Bennatan asked locals in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, and Washington D.C. what they thought about rioting and looting.
Those who participated in this interview at Brooklyn Center said the rioting is done by outsiders who cause chaos and then go back to their state once the city is up in flames.
Those from Washington D.C. said if the system is broken and no one is listening to the people, then rioting is totally acceptable to prove a point.
Riots and protests have been going on in the month of April due to the killing of Daunte Wright.
The juxtaposition of these answers from a city that has been going through riots periodically through the month and a city that is filled with lawmakers and Democrats is telling.
