Dr. Scott Hardeman from Urgent Specialists and Gateway ENT said we are now in the second round of vaccines for healthcare professionals. Today marks exactly a year since we found out about the first case of COVID-19 in China.
Since then, we have made an amazing feat on where we are with vaccines, therapeutics, and medicine.
We know there are reports of secondary strains of COVID happening now. Hardeman said it is very common for mutations of a virus to happen over time. He said we will get a sense of this strain over the next few days, but experts believe this strain is more contagious however, not as deadly.
