Blue Bell has recently expanded into St. Louis and celebrated this new phase with a new flavor that Blue Bell Fans across the nation can enjoy!
Inspired by a famous St. Louis treat, “Gooey Butter Cake” is “flavorful Cake Batter Ice Cream combined with a luscious cream cheese swirl and rich, gooey butter cake pieces.”
Carl Breed, vice president, sales and marketing for Blue Bell, said in a statement on the ice cream’s website, “Our new Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream is as delicious as the cake made famous in St. Louis.
“Our ice cream is a great introduction if you have not tasted a gooey butter cake. There are delicious pieces of cake in each bite. And our Cake Batter Ice Cream combined with a cream cheese swirl is, as they say, the icing on the cake.”
Gooey Butter Cake is available in the half gallon and pint sizes for a limited time.
