Shannon Robinson, of St. Louis County Supporting Kids and Community’s Facebook group, joins the Mark Reardon Show to discuss the latest school board election, and how the conservative candidates did.
“I had parents texting me, and messaging me, and following along. I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced something like that where you have parents, and people who weren’t necessarily involved before completely immersed in all of this,” Robinson shared on how active communities were in their elections.
Later, she continued, “Parents started this powerful movement, and in the center of that movement, I believe is our children. It’s not about power, it’s not about fame, it’s not about attention, it’s always been about our children.”
