Almost a full century after KMOX first signed on-the-air at 1120 AM, we're adding a new, crystal clear option for listening to the Voice of St. Louis.

"We're excited to announce today that KMOX will be simulcast, starting on March the 24th, on 104.1 FM," Audacy St. Louis Vice President of News/Talk/Sports Steve Moore revealed Monday morning.

"It's crisp. It's robust. It makes your listening experience bigger," Moore said. "I'm excited. I think it's great for our partners and our listeners."

104.1 is a full-market FM signal. The transition takes place just a few days before the Cardinals baseball season begins on KMOX. Moore noted the significance of America's Sports Voice going FM.

"Sports is a very important part of what KMOX is and what we're trying to do. We're really working to stay out of the polarizing politics," he said. "And the Cardinals are a huge topic in this town, year-round."

Audacy St. Louis General Manager Becky Domyan, meantime, pointed to KMOX's trusted local news and entertaining St. Louis talk shows.

"I think we have a big responsibility with the amount of content that we provide to our community and our listeners to make sure that, no matter where they are, people can get KMOX and it's loud and clear," she said.
