St Louis Board of Alderman President Lewis Reed joined Marc Cox on his #BottomLine segment and detailed an upcoming vote in the Board on how to distribute $168-million in federal Covid-relief funds.
"It's disappointing that it has taken this long," says Reed. "On July, 16 the board bill was done."
Reed says he doesn't understand why there were delays.
"Then it just sat there for almost a month. The Mayor [Tishaura Jones] held it up," says Reed. "I have no idea why she would hold it up."
