The Midwest version of the annual March for Life is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20 in Jefferson City, Missouri on the State Capitol South Lawn.
Organizer Kathy Forck tells Marc Cox that, "we are praying for great weather!"
The list of activities include:
7:45 AM Opening – Grounds open with over 35 life-affirming exhibits
8:00 AM Capitol Prayer Walk – Meet Bonnie Lee, Open Heart Baptist Church, at the 1st floor of the Capitol rotunda.
8:00 AM Rosary / Divine Mercy – Meet on the steps of the Capitol, South side; Fr Anthony Viviano
8:15 AM Book Signing – Abby Johnson (Outside St. Peter’s Selinger Center)
9:00 AM Live Performance – Camille Harris (on the steps of the Capitol)
9:15 AM Pre-Rally – with speakers on Capitol South Lawn
10:00 AM March begins from Capitol South Lawn
10:45 AM Rally on the South Lawn
12:30 PM Live Performance – Camille Harris on the North Lawn
1:00 PM Youth Rally/Apologetics with Students for Life Reagan Barklage and Youth Activist Hope Miller on the North Lawn
2:00 PM Awareness Program (at the steps of the Missouri Supreme Court Building)
