Missouri State Representative, Mary Elizabeth Coleman joins Mark Reardon of the Mark Reardon Show to discuss her anti-abortion bill after it got attention in The Washington Post.
Coleman explained her bill as, “If you are aiding or abetting a woman receiving an abortion, your advertising in the state of Missouri, so the state has jursidiction over you through civil action lawsuits. A private citizen, if they know that someone is aiding or abetting an abortion, is able to sue the provider, or those who are assiting in that, in our state court.”
Coleman continued, “I don’t think that the planned parenthood that is owned by the Missouri clinic should be able to skirt all of our laws just by opening up a couple miles across the border.”
