Mark Gellman of The Gellman Team joins The Mark Reardon Show to discuss what new trends are happening in the St. Louis housing market after two years of the pandemic affecting sales.
“What we are seeing, and by the way it’s consistent nationally, probably less in St. Louis because of the swing, we certainly are seeing these multiple offers over asking, there may be now-a-days two offers. One over asking where as there were 10, 12, 13 offers [over asking] just four months ago,” said Gellman.
He also shared this trend, “I don’t want any seller celebrating under contract because we are seeing fall out nationally and in St. Louis… I would recommend anybody that’s being represented regardless of the real estate agent, have your agent write a back up!”
