Nicole Jenkins, a St Louis County business owner joined Marc to discuss her consideration on running for St Louis County Executive.
"We need a change-maker in St Louis County," says Jenkins, "Sam Page is not a change-maker. He's not a change-maker. He's egotistical. He's only out for himself. He has let St Louis County drown, and he's using his power, and his ability any way he can, and I don't agree with it at all."
