WATCH: 30 miles of St. Louis highways shutdown for funeral procession of Jared Schmitz

ST. LOUIS (97.1 FM TALK) - Following the funeral service for Marine Lance Cpl. Jared M. Schmitz, a procession left Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in south St. Louis County.

The 20-year-old native of St. Charles County was among the 13 Marines killed in Kabul after an airport suicide bombing on Aug. 26. He was a graduate of Fort Zumwalt South High School.
