MO AG Schmitt on court-packing: 'This is an age-old effort to accumulate power'

Missouri's Attorney General Eric Schmitt said when the Founders created this country, they were rebelling from a King. What is unique about this country is that they diffused power so no one branch had all the power. We created America on the idea of breaking up control. Now, Democrats truly want to go back to a time where ultimate power goes to one political party.
There is no pretense anymore. The idea of Democrats wanting to pack the courts is bold. They are spewing propaganda to get their way.
Not only is this conversation about packing the courts happening, but a twenty-year surge of illegal immigration is happening at the southern border.
Missouri and Texas sued the Biden administration in an effort to restore the so-called 'remain in Mexico' policy.
