Mark Reardon welcomes Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to discuss the update on Washington University's gender clinic and his fight for free speech.

“This is a huge win for the safety and health of the children of Missouri. We’ve been fighting this issue since I took office back in January. We’ve led the nation, in a lot of ways, on this issue. This is what happens, look, there are lawsuits, and then there is using the power of the office to to envelop an issue. And that’s what I’ve been dedicated to,” shared Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.

He continued, “Putting together that winning litigation strategy really matters and, again, because that law is in effect, it shut down the clinic and, again, ends child sterilization in Missouri. We love putting together winning plays and then sharing that blueprint with other like-minded state Attorney Generals so they can go forward and do the same thing.”
