Carafano said Biden's EOs are made to appease the partisans, not the Americans

Leading expert in national security and foreign policy Jim Carafano said it is a net positive for the US economy to keep the Keystone XL Pipeline.
"It's bad science and bad economy," he said on Biden's decision to stop production at the pipeline. It's not a good decision for all Americans. It's just a good decision for this hyper-partisan side.
Regarding immigration, Biden has taken a different direction than the Trump administration. We see caravans heading this way. How is this administration prioritizing the American people with their immigration policies?
Carafano said a new stampeed was created at the border. We have massive unemployment and then we are going to flood the borders with more people to contribute to the unemployment.
