The family of William Clark filed a lawsuit against Democracy Preparatory Academy at Agassi Campus in Las Vegas after the senior received a failing grade in a critical race theory course for refusing to categorize and label his racial, religious, and sexual identity.
The lawsuit was filed in December 2020.
Gabriella Clark, William’s mother, is speaking out against critical race theory. She joins the show to explain the lawsuit and the preceding events.
