Dr. Randy Tobler considers himself a libertarian when it comes to employment. He believes that employers are within their right to require vaccination as a condition of employment. He explains that there is limited protection for employers if an employee or customers contract the virus at their establishment.
However, in response to Wash U and BJC requiring their employees to get the vaccine, he defends but disagrees with the decision.
