An Ohio man has been charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who traveled to a neighboring state for abortion services.
President Joe Biden highlighted the crime while signing an executive order aimed at ensuring access to abortion services after the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe vs. Wade.
Wednesday, Fox News reported an arrest had been made in the case and the man arrested is a Guatemalan illegal immigrant.
Tom Homan, former Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) joins The Marc Cox Morning Show to discuss the horrific story.
“Through my contacts, yeah, he’s in the country illegally,” says Homan. “Most of the media is ignoring the immigration issues, most of the media isn’t even talking about the border. You’d be surprised how many Americans don’t even know there is a crisis at the border.”
