State police say 42-year-old James Bonner was at UPMC Northwest in Venango County with his girlfriend who was waiting to give birth Friday morning.
But, while he was there, police say Bonner drank two bottles of wine, two beers and a pint of vodka.
He started to cause a disturbance and was taken into custody.
Bonner is charged with Public Drunkenness, which is a summary offense.
