Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation tells Marc Cox that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson has the, "wrong attitude," to be confirmed as a Supreme Court justice.
Spakovsky says her attitude is, "political, not legal," but he concedes that she "is gonna get confirmed to the US Supreme Court."
Jackson currently sits on the Washington, DC federal appellate court and was nominated to replace Justice Stephen Breyer. The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on her nomination today.
