Police in Oklahoma City are asking for help looking for a woman who caused a disturbance at a local restaurant over endless shrimp.
The argument arose when the woman, who entered the establishment with a man, insisted that the term “endless shrimp” should mean that she should be able to take shrimp home with her rather than simply eating them in the restaurant.
When employees informed her that the policy doesn’t work that way, she reportedly began to smash plates and get aggressive verbally with the staff.
The man who had accompanied her then hit the phone out of the hand of an employee who was attempting to call 911. The two then left without paying the bill.
The OKCPD is asking that anyone with information that can help identify the woman to all OKC Crime Stoppers at 405-235-7300. Tips can be submitted anonymously.
A cash reward may be available, according to authorities.
