Josh Hammer, opinion editor for Newsweek Magazine, joins the Mark Reardon show to discuss why he thinks the leaked Supreme Court of the United States draft opinion from Justice Alito may be too “normie”.
“It’s a good first step overturning it back to the states, but in the long run we need to have abortion banned nationally the same way that slavery was,” explained Hammer
Later, he commented on the leaker remaining unidentified, “I’m frankly shocked, I really thought we would know by the end of that week… The sample size here is not very big, 37 law clerks, nine justices, there’s probably 46 people. Realistically speaking, you can probably just eliminate half of them!”
