The Washington Post reported that the Biden administration is considering the use of federal regulatory powers and threatening to withhold federal funds from institutions. Those impacted could include long-term care facilities, cruise ships, and universities in an effort to get more Americans vaccinated.
Another part of the discussion is federal funding for things such as Medicare that could be used to persuade nursing homes and other care facilities.
