Chris Wallace: 'The filibuster is being overused'

Fox News Sunday host, Chris Wallace, says he wouldn't eliminate the filibuster rule in the Senate.

"The Senate is supposed to be different than the House," says Wallace. "I can understand the frustration of the Democrats, who coincidentally have a 50-50 majority, it's not like they have 57 votes and they're being blocked because they can't get through Republicans. The country is split."

"The flip-side of it is, you know its always very frustrating when you're in the majority, even as slim as the Democratic majority is, but you know you're going to be [the] minority at some point," says Wallace. "They can just jam anything through."

Wallace also comments on the passing of former General Colin Powell.

"He was a real patriot, a real public servant," says Wallace.
