Deputy Managing Editor at RedState.com, Susie Moore joined Marc Cox for a discussion of masks in schools as well as Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt's recent win in court over the suspension of Donald Trump's "Remain in Mexico" program for migrants.
"On Friday, a judge there issued an order agreeing with Attorney General Schmitt and the State of Texas in saying that was improper," says Moore. "It wasn't a ruling so much on the merits, but more on the procedure. The judge basically said, 'Listen Biden administration, you didn't follow the proper procedure to do this and to reverse this policy."
The judge did issue a stay to give the administration time to appeal the ruling.
