Fox Business Network host Charles Payne joined Marc for a conversation about the latest infrastructure plan proposed by the Democrats in Congress.
"I honestly believe, that outside of perhaps someone like a Senator [Joe] Manchin and a Senator [Kyrsten] Sinema, they're really all, really far left," says Payne, "particularly when it comes to the notion that the government can spend unlimited amounts of money, to dictate outcomes, and to just control the economy, pick winners and losers."
There are ramifications to those actions, says Payne, "when you're in that position, you know, and you dictate all of those things, people become beholden to you. They have to keep you in office. I mean, It's the ultimate way to buy votes."
Payne says he expected a larger plan than the proposed $3-trillion plus offered this week, "I'm surprised they really are stopping at 3-point-five trillion. I don't know why they they didn't go for the Bernie Sanders whole ball of wax at $6-trillion."
