St. Louis Grill Master Tony has introduced Hickory Smoked Prime Rib just in time for the holidays. The Prime Rib is rubbed with a special blend of spices, hickory smoked to an internal temperature of 125 degrees, rested, and served with Signature Red Wine Au Jus and Tangy Horseradish Sauce.
