Despite Senator Mitt Romney’s claim that a post-Presidency impeachment is constitutional, Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow at Heritage Foundation, says no.
“You cannot convict indiviudals of impeachment after they’ve left office,” says Spakovsky.
