Heritage Senior Legal Fellow joined the Annie Frey Show today to give an update on the Durham investigation. The latest news is that former FBI general counsel James Baker will be called as a witness to testify in the case against Clinton lawyer Michael Sussman. Sussman is charged with making a false statement to the FBI.
“There is absolutely no legal basis for or no law that authorizes the DOJ or justice department to investigate parents protesting school boards on their child’s behalf”
Spakovsky also weighed in on the Garland testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
