Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft has been leading voter ID efforts in the state.
"We should all want everyone who meets the minimum legal requirements to be able to vote and that those votes are counted correctly and accurately,” says Ashcroft.

Ashcroft also shares his thoughts on the bills filed in the Missouri Legislature that would move some local races and issues from elections in April to later in the year.
