The Senior Legal Fellow of the Heritage Foundation joined Marc this week for a quick look at the continuing audit of votes in Arizona. Hans von Spakovsky says he's surprised that there are people who don't support it.
"I just still find it amazing at the resistance to doing this audit. Audits have been done routinely in many places around the country after prior elections because they're exactly that, they're very routine," says von Spakovsky. "The whole point of them is to find out whether the law was followed. whether the rules were [applied], if voting equipment worked correctly. Everyone should be supporting this on both sides of the political aisle."
