Dr. Kevin Roberts, President of the Heritage Foundation joins The Marc Cox Morning Show to discuss the Biden administration's request for supplemental funding to FEMA's Disaster Relief Fund (DRF). The request includes billions in new funding for military aid to Ukraine.
"Regardless of what you think about whether we should send more military aid to Ukraine you ought to have an up or down vote on the stand-alone bill for each of those issues but of course, Biden can't do that because military spending on Ukraine has become so unpopular in the country," says Dr. Roberts.
Dr. Roberts says the Heritage Foundation wants Ukraine to win the war against Russia, but they reject the game of false dichotomies when it comes to the 'blank check' approach or nothing.
