The New York Post reports that the House Ways and Means Committee and Judiciary Committee are compiling testimony from four senior Internal Revenue Service officials and FBI agents who reportedly overhead US Attorney David Weiss claim he could not be able to charge Hunter Biden outside of Delaware.
Representative Jason Smith, US Congressman for Missouri’s 8th Congressional District and Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, joins The Marc Cox Morning Show to discuss the latest in the ongoing investigation against President Joe Biden's son Hunter.
"It is maddening what we've seen the Justice Department do," says Smith.
"The Justice Department divulged information to Hunter Biden's lawyers, according to the whistleblowers, giving them a heads up a day before they were going to issue search warrants in Hunter Biden's storage units in Northern Virginia."
