LISTEN: Illinois is 'releasing violent criminals,' says state Sen. Jason Plummer

Illinois State Senator Jason Plummer spoke about how Governor J.B. Pritzker is gaming the system when he appoints individuals to the Illinois Prisoner Review Board. According to Plummer, appointees have 60 days from their appointment to appear before the Senate committee for review.

“10 of the 14 people on the Prisoner Review Board have not appeared before the Senate.”

The danger of what is happening is that these appointees have no oversight. Plummer also explained how radical these board members are. Listen to the full interview to find out how Pritzker is pulling this off.
