Heritage Foundation legal expert Hans von Spakovsky shared his thoughts on the performance of Ketanji Brown Jackson in her nomination hearing. Spakovsky says that if confirmed, Jackson would become the most radically left member of the Supreme Court.
"If you look at her eight years as a trial judge and her year on the court of appeals, she follows her political views, not the constitution," says Spakovsky.
