Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas' announced changes to police funding.
Members of the city council are now speaking out, unhappy the ordinance was passed through a rare same-day adoption.
The change would take funds previously allocated to police and move them to a "Community Services and Prevention Fund" and law enforcement would have to apply for anything over the 20% required by the state.
Kansas City Councilwoman Heather Hall joins the show to express her concern and frustration.
