The Christmas tree in Fox Plaza was burned last night and the suspect was apprehended. Brian Kilmeade says that the suspect has already been arrested twice this year. Kilmeade says that Mayor De Blasio's policies have made the city unsafe. He recounted the story of two women who were assaulted by a man who was arrested for assault and released earlier that day.
"The tree is emblematic of the city, a shell of its self."
