Heritage legal expert Hans von Spakovsky joined The Annie Frey Show to break down the latest indictment of former President Donald Trump. Spakovsky explained the charges leveled at the former President and whether or not they posed any legal threat to him. As a former employee of the Department of Justice, Spakovsky was not impressed with this indictment.
"This indictment by Jack Smith is... the biggest load of hogwash I have ever seen. Not only that, it is dangerous."
