Mark McCloskey announces bid for US Senate: 'I will NEVER BACK DOWN'

“People are just stinking fed up with what’s going on.”

Mark McCloskey, a St. Louis personal injury lawyer who gained national attention for defending his home against protesters in his neighborhood last summer, says he’s running for U.S. Senate.

“The world has changed so much and so dramatically in the last ten months…it’s hard to recognize the United States anymore,” says McCloskey.

“People are just stinking fed up with what’s going on.”

This time last year McCloskey would have told you he didn’t even like politicians. Now he believes this is his calling.

“Politics isn’t something for other people to do… each and every one of us needs to stand up and say we’re not going to take it anymore. We’re free people, we’re not sheep.”

McCloskey says the campaign comes down to the difference between “mob rule” and the “rule of law”.
