USA Today released THIS PIECE regarding the efforts. By eliminating 98 positions in the police department, the Mayor’s office has been able to increase funding for affordable housing, civil rights enforcement agencies, victim’s funeral costs, and more.
McCloskey does not believe this is an adequate action plan in fighting the crime epidemic in St. Louis.
